By visiting Dr Alluris Aesthetics and using our services, you agree to the following terms:
- Appointments and Bookings: All appointments are subject to availability, 65£ upfront deposit and confirmation. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking.
- Treatment Policies: Our treatments are carried out by qualified professionals. We require a consultation to ensure the best treatment plan for your needs.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is due before or at the time of treatment. We accept payments online or in person via credit/debit cards, bank transfer or cash and other available methods.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Upfront payment policy
- There is 65£ upfront payment policy for all bookings which will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment.
- Full payment is expected on site (via online or in-person payments).

- Rescheduling: For cancellations/rescheduling that occur between 48 – 72h prior to the appointment, the deposit payment can be held to be transferred to the next booking if this is rebooked within a month’s time. After this window of opportunity the deposit is lost.
- Cancellations: For cancellations that are made more than 72h in advance can receive full deposit refund on request. There is no refund policy for cancelations that occur later than 48h before the appointment.
- No-shows: In case of not attending to your appointment you will not have entitlement to deposit refund.
- Refunds: All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
